About Sourceone Plus

Sourceone Plus Inc. manufactures high quality vacuum supplies for both commercial and industrial markets. The company is headquartered in Crystal Lake, Illinois and is a member of the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. Since opening for business a decade ago, Sourceone Plus has achieved annual revenue of between $2.5 million and $5 million.

Sourceone Plus specializes in environmentally friendly products such as their “Green Klean” line of vacuum bags. These bags are fabricated from a strong biodegradable material that results in a nature-friendly, recyclable product. With their higher threshold of filtration, Sourceone Plus’s bags last long while allowing for thorough cleaning.

The company also specializes in heavy-duty industrial filters that are either high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) purifiers or ultra-low penetration air (ULPA) purifiers. HEPA filters must meet United States Department of Energy regulations, and the filters themselves are composed of many fibers designed to capture very fine particulates from the air passing through the filter. ULPA filters are similar in principle to HEPA filters, but while HEPA filters capture particles in the air of up to .3 microns (a micron is one millionth of a meter), ULPA filters capture particles of up to .12 microns. These filters are extremely efficient. Their use can bring a savings of up to 60% when compared to filters that come bundled with equipment on the market.

Sourceone Plus’s line of products contains many variations on the same green theme—the company manufactures bags to fit a diversity of devices from Hoovers to Clarke-Altos to Minutemen. Its filters offer a similar wide-ranging applicability and can fit vacuums made by Euroclean, Kent, Tornado, and more.
